Pri­vate 1-on-1 train­ing is all about you. It pro­vides the lux­ury of every sec­ond being cus­tom tai­lored to your schedule, your goals, your train­ing speed, and your results. With pri­vate ses­sions we will track your body fat percent­age, full body mea­sure­ments, weight, and even keep pri­vate pho­tos to show you how your body is changing. We are there every step of the way.
This type of train­ing gives you the extra atten­tion you need with your trainer to make sure your every need is met. At 45 min­utes these ses­sions are per­fect for the busy client who needs ses­sions fit around his or her hec­tic schedule, or a begin­ner client who needs to per­fect much of the form before join­ing a small group or class set­ting. What­ever your needs, pri­vate ses­sions are bound to meet and exceed them. With private train­ing you are guaranteed to see results.
*Private sessions are held 7am-5:45pm Mon - Sat
*In home sessions are available on a case by case situation and subject to a premium based on distance.
